Matcha Bliss Balls
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
4 tsp green tea powder
1/2 cup cashews, soaked
1/2 cup almonds, soaked
1 cup dates, pitted and soaked for 1 hour
In a blender (make sure it is dry), add 2 tsp of green tea powder and desiccated coconut. Blend on high and set the powder aside for rolling later.
Drain water off the nuts and dates and place in blender with 2 tsp of green tea powder. Blend till soft and mushy. Remove the mix into a large bowl and roll them into balls with your hands. Roll them in the coconut & green tea powder and place them in a container. Place container in the fridge overnight and consume the next day. Enjoy!
For a fodmap friendly version, use 1 cup almonds and replace dates with 2 tbsp maple syrup.
