Green Smoothie (WF, GF, DF, V, VG, FF)
Green smoothies are full of vitamin K that aids in promotion of clotting in your blood. Green vegetables such as kale, spinach and silverbeet have rich sources of vitamin K.
In a blender add a handful of organic spinach, 1 kiwi chopped fine, bosc pear chopped fine and 2 cups water
Fodmap alternative: Replace pear with banana.
